These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Bad Virtue Productions website and the purchase of tickets, merchandise, products or services from Bad Virtue Productions Pty Ltd (“Bad Virtue Productions”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets purchased through our website are subject to availability.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that the information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

Once your purchase has been successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation or ticket using the contact details provided at checkout.

You are responsible for checking your booking details and contacting us promptly if any information is incorrect.

Ticket Prices and Payment

All ticket prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Any applicable booking fees, transaction fees or additional charges will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully processed before a ticket purchase is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or technical error. If payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be provided.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully, as tickets are generally non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend the event.

Refunds may be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law or where:

• An event is cancelled by Bad Virtue Productions

• An event is substantially changed, rescheduled or relocated

• A refund is otherwise required by law

If an event is rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date. Where required by law, customers may be offered a refund or another appropriate remedy.

Refund requests must be submitted to us using the contact details provided on our website. We may request proof of purchase or booking information to process a request.

Any refund will generally be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Event Changes

Bad Virtue Productions may make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to the advertised schedule, venue arrangements, speakers, guests, programme or other event details.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to ticket holders using the contact information supplied during purchase.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances within our control, we will provide information about available options, which may include:

• A replacement or rescheduled event

• A ticket transfer

• A credit

• A refund where required by law

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by customers in connection with an event, including travel, accommodation, parking, meals or other personal costs, except where required by law.

Entry and Conduct

Ticket holders must comply with reasonable directions provided by event staff, venue staff, security personnel and authorised representatives.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a person from an event where their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful or likely to negatively affect other attendees or the event.

No refund will be provided where entry is refused or a person is removed due to inappropriate conduct, except where required by law.

Tickets and Unauthorised Resale

Tickets must not be copied, altered, duplicated or used fraudulently.

Unauthorised resale or commercial use of tickets may result in the ticket being cancelled or refused entry where permitted by law.

Photography and Filming

Bad Virtue Productions events may be photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional, marketing, archival or media purposes.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video footage or other recordings captured during the event.

If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please speak with an event representative where reasonably possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including films, trailers, videos, photographs, scripts, artwork, logos, branding, graphics, written material and other creative content, is owned by or licensed to Bad Virtue Productions Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that may damage, disrupt or interfere with the website, its security or other users.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded.
